What Is A T-Bone Steak?
A T-bone steak is a cut of beef that comes from the animal's rib section. It includes a long, thick strip of meat on one side and a smaller strip on the other. The bone itself lies in the middle of these two pieces of meat and can be eaten or removed before cooking, depending on your preference. This steak is famous for its tenderness and flavor; it also has less fat than some cuts, making it an appealing option.
